Exchange & Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to package your artwork safely.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blankspacemeetart.co.za with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
Because our art prints are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference once production has started.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If your print hasn’t yet been produced, we may be able to update your order — email us as soon as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll liaise with the courier to locate it.
If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Exchange Rate Policy
All prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
For international customers, your payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Visa, Mastercard) will automatically convert your local currency to ZAR at the prevailing exchange rate.
Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank or card issuer.
Blank Space Meet Art is not responsible for exchange rate variations or fees applied by third parties.
