2. Are the prints original designs?
Yes! Every piece in our collection is designed exclusively for Blank Space Meet Art using digital tools like Photoshop.
3. What is the average lead time?
Our production timelines vary by product category to ensure the highest quality:
Artwork & Frames: 7–14 days
Custom Linen: 14–21 days
Duvet Cover Sets: 21–28 days
4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Johannesburg base. This ensures fast local delivery across the city and surrounding areas.
5. What if my print arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blankspacemeetart.co.za with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no extra cost.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do replace items that arrive defective or incorrect.
7. Do the prints come framed?
Frames are available for purchase separately. You can choose to buy a frame with your print or add one later to suit your space and style.
8. What sizes do you offer?
